The data displayed on this site reflects information provided to the Information Center for the Environment (ICE) in the PICME report sent twice a month by DHS, and in Assessment data submitted by DHS Districts and LPA Counties.

Records to TS
The SWAP program requires all PICME records which reflect active sources (SREC Type = "S" and Entity Info = "AU" or "AR") in active systems (PM Status = "A" and PWS Class = "P" or "N" or "C") to be Assessed. The value in this field is a reflection of the above criteria in the latest PICME report sent to ICE.

Records TS'ed
The value in this field is a reflection of all Assessment data submitted as of a particular date, that meet the same above criteria for Records to TS. This Assessment data includes information submitted via TurboSWAP and some information submitted via alterntative methods.
