The data displayed on this site reflects information provided to the Information Center for the Environment (ICE) in the PICME report sent monthly by CDPH, and in Assessment data submitted by CDPH Districts and LPA Counties.

Records to TS
The SWAP program requires all PICME records which reflect active sources (SREC Type = "S" and Entity Info = "AU" or "AR") in active systems (PM Status = "A" and PWS Class = "P" or "N" or "C") to be Assessed. The value in this field is a reflection of the above criteria in the latest PICME report sent to ICE.

Records TS'ed
The value in this field is a reflection of all Assessment data submitted as of a particular date, that meet the same above criteria for Records to TS. This Assessment data includes information submitted via TurboSWAP and some information submitted via alterntative methods.
